Persevere PA 1-855-284-2494. Crisis hotline addressing mental impacts of COVID-19, which can also assist callers finding a healthcare provider to administer vaccine when their corresponding phase arrives.

The Office of Developmental Programs, PA Developmental Disabilities Council, Temple Institute on Disabilities, and Rite Aid have partnered to provide COVID-19 vaccines to individuals with an intellectual disability, developmental disability or autism and their caregivers at Rite Aid stores across the Commonwealth. There is a call center to support scheduling appointments.
