As a reminder, the HR Portal does offer the option to change some personal information such as dependents, phone number, email, etc. However, if you are changing your address, you will need to complete a change of address form and provide the necessary documentation for the change. If you change your dependents and need to add them to insurance, you will need to provide the necessary documentation such as driver's license, social security number, birth certificate or marriage certificate.
Documentation must be presented to Human Resources within a month of submitting the change on the portal, or it will be denied.
