Westmoreland County has developed three industrial parks that offer a wide selection of available properties, including five pad-ready sites. These parks, Westmoreland Technology Park I, Westmoreland Technology Park II, and Westmoreland Distribution Park North are part of a regional employment center that surrounds RIDC Westmoreland multi-tenant facility (former Sony Technology Center) located near New Stanton.
